Here’s the 2 buns with lettuce tomato and mayo I received with NO BURGERS. Unbelievable! I, also, didn’t receive the baked potato I ordered. That I wouldn’t have minded so much. Someone forgetting to put an item in the bag I get. But not putting a burger on a bun is a totally different matter. Customer service assisted me…but beware!

This is literally the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I pulled up to the window to order and ask what came on the burger and was told “everything” so I started listing things off I didn’t want and she sighed and started listing the things off. I had to correct her multiple times. I then ordered a 6 piece nugget and after she told me my total I noticed she put in 4 piece. I pulled up to the window and told her that I said a six piece and then she told me I am not suppose to add anything at the window. I said I wasn’t adding anything I wanted a 6 piece. She then proceeded to tell me she knows what she heard and that I could apply for her job. And in the end my burger came with everything I said I didn’t want. She doesn’t deserve to have a job and needs fired. Avoid at all cost. I will be contacting corporate.

tried ordering a strawberry frosty multiple times from the app. You would think they could read a receipt. This last I got a strawberry lemonade instead. Don’t bother unless you plan on waiting 20 min for your food at this location

Went through the drive-through around 10:30 when their app and website says they are open until midnight. They didn’t say hello just yelled at me they are only taking mobile orders. I didn’t know at the time but this was just an attempt to deter me from ordering because I pulled over and placed a mobile order and went back through the drive-through when I came back around this time they just said they’re closed. It’s 10:40 at this point so I questioned it, they said they had broken down the frosty machine and they had no fries which was half of my order. I asked why they didn’t tell me that 5 min ago when I was just there. They had no answer for that or why they are closing and hour and 15 min before their posted time while all their lights are still on.

I frequent this Wendy’s, every experience somehow worse than the last. Today the doors were locked and drive thru was moving extremely slow. Serving 1 car at a time and making customers wait 5+ minutes at the speaker. I was expecting to see 1 worker inside, but to my surprise there were at least 5 “workers” laughing and carrying on inside. Stale bun, cold fries, wrong toppings on sandwich. Very frustrating…

I ordered on Uber eats and it was a bummer that I didn’t get the chocolate chip cookie that I asked for . It was a simple order is it that hard ? One Junior bacon cheeseburger , medium fries , and 6 piece nuggets . Gotta stop having them teenagers work for real!

Parked at the car chargers next to the Wendy’s. Walked over to get lunch. Was told they are only open drive through because the have no one for the counter and dining room is closed. Said I was taking my food to go. Still told no. I have now sat in my car for the last 15 minutes and they have had 3 cars go through the drive through.

Worst wendy’s ever ordered a two 6 pieces go to pick up my mobile and they have the doors locked. I asked him if I stand behind the cars they said yes waited hf hr to get my nuggets and they were cold. Encounter wendy’s swearing at a customer. What the heck is wrong with this location. Apparently if they have less than 5 employees they lock their doors. Rudest staff ever I come back because I called lady told me to come in two days I did they said it’s not in the book. I repeat do NOT GO this location. Probably can’t get workers here because who wants to work with a rude staff.
