The service was great , the young man who took care of our table was great. Friendly service, and we enjoyed the decor. The food had a nice taste and was seasoned well. I had their Franklin sandwich, the only criticism I had. Putting warm to hit good on a cold plate and then putting a chilled sauce over it, to me not a pleasant bite. If the plate was warmed or their sauce was warm the meal would have been perfect. I’m just not a fan of a cold bite of BBQ with another bite being warm.

I moved here from Georgia in December of last year and I had been missing good pulled pork but due to my work schedule I only get to treat myself once a week to a good meal, my boss suggested Billy’s, not only was the pulled pork absolutely fantastic but I have fallen in love with the brisket (Which isn’t really all that good in Georgia where pulled pork is king!) The pinto beans were fabulous, the potato salad was very good (accept for having a tad too much mayo, but I still liked the flavor!) The staff (My server was Tara)was great and didn’t hover. I will absolutely make this place my go to place for a great meal!

We are from Odessa, spent our 50th anniversary at Lake Cisco, looking for something great to eat, my husband and sister went in search, while I baby sat our German shepherd Rambo. They came back with the BEST chicken fried steak I have ever eaten! The steak literally can be easily cut with a fork, melts in your mouth. Homemade mashed potatoes, and the okra, if it wasn’t garden fresh.. i would be shocked. We ate til we just couldn’t take one more bite, but did anyway. If your from Texas. Great Chicken fried steak.. and okra is mandatory..Billy’s has that down to an art! We actually went back the next day, but sadly it was closed. I very rarely write a review. But i could not pass up the opportunity, do yourself a favor and sample what this place has to offer. Obviously I recommend the Chicken fried steak.. with okra! Its amazing!!!!

This has become our favorite place to eat! We’ve tried the BBQ and the chicken fried steak and haven’t been disappointed. All of the sides are wonderful. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the nice sized servings. You won’t leave hungry! Service is always quick, too.

This is the best food I have had ever. No one can contest to this food, It is to good. As I write this review I’m eating their pulled pork sandwich and it is amazing still! They have the nicest staff of all the restaurants I’ve been to making sure to fix anything wrong or getting you what you need. I love this restaurant and I will forever eat here as long as it’s open! Thank you guys so much for making the best food around!

After waiting at another restaurant (they kept adding waiting time), decided to eat here. No wait time. Friendly staff. Immediately took our order and the food was amazing! I had the brisket quesadillas. Yummy! My daughter had the catfish plate, also amazing! Highly recommend! Plus the cutest boutique! Definitely going back!!

The food and service is awesome. You have to try thier chicken fried steak, just to sample thier homemade mashed potatoes and gravy,mmmmmm mmmm best I’ve ever eaten. Thier house salad with fresh homemade ranch dressing is unlike any other you’ve ever had. Incredible! Try it, you will rave for days!!!
