My husband and I stumbled across this food truck on a date night to a local brewery. He ordered the Chorizo Burger, and I ordered the Chicken Tacos. We also ordered their chips and roasted salsa. Their salsa was some of the best I’ve had in a while. I need a jar of that stuff! The chips were even delicious. My husband’s Chorizo Burger was so juicy and flavorful. He loved it! The fries were yummy too. My Chicken Tacos – they were, hands down, some of the BEST chicken tacos I’ve EVER had. I’ve been craving them ever since! I cannot wait to go back! The couple working in the truck were incredibly sweet and helpful…& they had an adorable little boy who was also super nice and funny. Definitely – GO HERE!!!

Man Lupe is my dawg, my playa partna!!!!! Some of the best tacos, burritos and burgers in town. The food is always hot and fresh, well worth whatever the wait is. Couldn’t ask for anything better from a one man show.

Amazing food! I got the 3 taco combo.. went with a 3 amigos, carnitas, and birria. They were all amazing this place had the best flavored and tender carnitas I have had in years. I left stuffed but wanted more after the feeling subsided. My hubby had the chorizo burger and fries combo. The chef makes his own chorizo and all I can say is I need his recipe!

Had the nachos – the pork was delicious! Queso is homemade, not from a can. The owner sources his meat locally from farms. I watched him make a batch of salsa using scratch ingredients. This isn’t just any truck; the food is gourmet!!

Excellent! We had tacos with organic beef birrira with rojas mild sauce and avocado sauce….on organic corn tortillas….they were so delicious! And we had a bit of favorable brother that hit the spot on thus cold morning. All green paper products used! And fabulous service. Thank you, Luke. We will be be back.
