It was a hot day, 90 degrees, fishing on Lake Talquin. I ordered food, got it, then went to wash my hands. Bathroom door locked. I was told, sorry, they don’t have a key?!!! Wtaf?!!! You are a restaurant. You CANNOT NOT HAVE TOILETING FACILITIES.

Normally I love Sonic never been disappointed. But my burger was cold the first time that’s happened at this Sonic. But the onion rings were spot on so good. And the cherry limeade was great. I hope maybe the warmer that they use to keep the meat hot was just not working

I visited (1/23/2022) the store to purchase food for the second time since it’s been open and I have had a horrible experience on both occasions regarding my food. My hamburger was way over cooked and look like something I wouldn’t feed my dog if it was the only thing I had to feed him. The fries were extremely old and had salt on them after I stressed no salt fries while placing my order. The staff corrected the issue with my fries and offered to remake my hamburger to which I declined. I would rather you make my meal right the first time and not hope I will just accept anything you put in a bag. The only good/great part of my meal was my strawberry lemonade. If you purchase any food from this location please check it before pulling away. By the way the store number is 6784 if you ever need it to file a complaint because it’s to displayed on the receipt.

1st time I didn’t have to use a fork to eat a footlong hotdog! Ratio of mustard, onions, and chili was spot on perfect. Fries were hot and fresh and got the best cheese pull on my cheese sticks. Person that took my order was kind and courteous as well as the gentleman that delivered it. Even had a young lady come by my car to make sure all was good. Must say probably the best experience out of all my visits to Sonic. Good team and job well done.

Ordered chicken tenders and onion rings. Got 1 ring which was hard that you could not chew and yesterday’s cooked tenders… everything so dried up and awful. Think I’m going to be sick. However the person that brought me my order was kind and very helpful.
