Went around 8pm and it wasn’t very busy which is a plus for me. The server was amazing. She was friendly and attentive which made the experience a good one. The food was amazing. My burger was cooked to perfection and the fries fresh and hot. Definitely recommend getting the mango tea.

Walked in the door at 9:04pm had our order in 10 min later. But this is where is starts to go bad. It took 30 minutes to get two ice cold bowls of soup. Had to ask them to microwave it just so we could eat it. Its comes back out 10 min. Later followed by our cold plates of food. My mac and cheese is crunchy and old like it sat out for 6 hours. Steak was barely warm.

Very poor service. Now let me start from the beginning, now I’m not the type to spill the tea but I’ve just got to tell. Me and my family went to Chili’s after church on Sunday ✝️. Any chance I get to eat with my family is a very important thing to me, so I take it quite seriously. We got there around 11:10, and we were one of the first people there, and we didn’t leave until 12:45, which was not by choice. Now let’s get into the juicy stuff. First of all they got basically all of our orders wrong, was it on purpose I don’t know, but I do know that it wasn’t right. My grandfather never even saw his food, and that made my grandmother very upset. She’s never upset. In conclusion I would just like to say we were very disappointed in you Chili’s.

So well have been to this place 4 times . Everytime we come here the same thing happens. My girlfriend has a service dog and they sit us on the other side of the restaurant away from everybody. The last time we were in there we got seated as our usual table and 7 or 8 other couples came in and set them no where near us. Then in top of that 15 minutes after we got our food they rushed to get us out of there. I have done hired a lawyer to sue them for discrimination. We have the ADA on our side as well. I normally like chilis and the service is usually pretty good but today we had a party of two and it took us 1 hour and 50 minutes to eat and pay. Over 20 of those minutes were spent on fixing our check that they had wrong. I won’t be back for a long time.
