Every time I go to this Taco Bell they can never get my order correct, whether it be the taking of my order , like missing items or giving me something I didn’t want I’ve rarely have gotten an order the way I ordered it!!!! I love Taco Bell but this is ridiculous, I really think it is time to call customer service and see if they can get this problem fixed. So beware if you order something special order most of the time they screw it up! Check food before you leave! This last order was supposed to have no rice but if you look at the picture it’s all rice …. What!!!! :::; Update: I went back to let management know of my problem and the manager did remake everything on my receipt and this time they made it correct, I can just hope that I won’t have that happen again they were apologetic but in the end I just want my food the way I ordered it, there’s nothing worse than getting your food home and everything that you order is messed up! Then you have to go back out after your in for the night and get what you paid for the first time corrected so you can finally go home to eat your food!!!! Taco Bell is always a go-to for me when I need a quick satisfying bite on the go. In the area for work purposes a week ago around lunchtime (1 pm). Went through the drive through. Ordering and receiving food was really quick. Employees/ customer service was friendly and professional. Upon checking my bag before leaving the drive through window, I noticed they mistakenly gave me 1 taco instead of 2. Perhaps they misheard me during ordering… Upon notifying them, they quickly made a second, swiped my card for the extra one and I was on my way… the whole experience (even with them rectifying the mistake) probably took 2-3 minutes. So I would say this location is pretty efficient. A smaller location. 2 Supreme Tacos and a small drink for around $8.

Sat stuck in the single lane drive through with cars not moving for 20 minutes only to be ignored at the intercom and when I pulled around to the window I asked if I could place my order there since nobody ever responded at the intercom. The girl turned around and shouted back to a coworker “can I start taking orders now? He’s here at the window…” waited for another full minute or so and then she told me “uh you can but it’s gunna be a WHILE before your food comes out we have a lot of orders” I guess she meant online orders because nobody behind me could’ve placed an order since they were still back at the intercom waiting for her to talk to them just like I had waited. Truly unreal, I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location for a long time. This is not even the first time I’ve had problems.

I stopped going to this Taco Bell in 2019, when they fired their best employee, who was a young man that worked in the drive thru and was fired over something very trivial, and was actually the fault of another employee.

I’m vegetarian and my Black Bean Grilled Cheese Burrito was BEEF not black bean and I only noticed when I’d already ate some 🙁 it even said black bean on the drive thru screen.
