We were visiting from out of town on Memorial Day. Applebee’s was one of the few places open. OMG walked in and it smelled dirty. Went into the ladies restroom and was appalled!! It was filthy!! Looked like the toilets had not been cleaned in months. Trashcan and walls dirty. Had it not been for several friends coming I would have left. I can only imagine the kitchen…

On August 20 at 6:15 we went to eat there and they gave us very bad attention, my son and I sat at a table and they got us up and moved us to another and told us not there. (I use a crutch to walk and I’m 60 years old), we asked for more napkins and they never brought them, just as we asked for more lemonade and they didn’t bring it to us either. I WILL NOT RETURN

Not even a star, looks like they give me leftovers of someone you can tell by the pictures attached, the cheese wasn’t even warm and looks like someone already eat it. Very disgusting, after asking if we could have a clean plate for the chips and cheese they bring us another one with cheese under the bowl so and a dirty plate, my dogs have better clean plates than this…. Oh! Ans they took around 30 minutes to give us that so.. We wasn’t hungry anymore and ended up leaving this place.

This place is full for weirdos. Especially the people that come and serve your food. The server wouldn’t allow me to finish my sentences and ordered for me, was gaslighting, and rude. They were trying to talk to the people I came in about unprofessional topics, about my date of birth, what do I do for living. The servers weird weird, treating people differently bc they think I’m jewish native American, this place is weird and the people are from mexicali working there so go figure, unprofessional and weird. The people that make the food are the best workers and the bussers rude as well like the servers. Becareful with the servers, they like to sell people’s information

One word: GREASY!!! And we got up-sold for extra stuff on the mash and steak (extra $9!) that just made it all even extra greasy! While I applaud workers’ upselling skills, I think doing so without saying “for an extra $__” Is just criminal. When you eat healthy and then experience something like these American chains you really feel SICK afterwards. One more thing, servers should really know when checking in is too much. Ours just got too annoying.
