Went to Arby’s last week to get their 2 for $7 fish sandwiches. Ordered a small fry for $1.99 also. The girl at the drive thru told me the cost was $11.59. I gave her a $20 bill and looked at the receipt and saw they charged me $4.29 each for the 2 fish sandwiches. Told the girl that this was wrong. I said the sign on the Markey was 2 for $7 as I ordered. She went to the Manager and that it rang up wrong, he told her the it was correct at $4.29 each. I gave her my change she gave me and got my $20 back and did not get their fish or fry’s. The manager did not care and the girl did not know what to do. Won’t be back for a long time. That is way I gave a 1 star rating, and I’m sure Arby’s will not care.

We had to wait for the dipping liquid (I can’t spell it) for the French dip, and the roast beef tasted like it had been left open in a fridge for a week and the bum was soggy. Plus there was almost no salt on the crinkle fries.

The staff here was amazingly friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and ready in a timely manner. We ate inside, and the lobby was clean and well stocked. I was very impressed with this location, and while I don’t live on the west side, I will keep this location in mind for sure when I find myself on this side of town.

Their food is great but the floor in there is too slick! Someone needs to address, the floor situation it’s it’s hard to walk in there without slipping!

Asked for 1 sandwich without cheese as (I’m highly allergic) and a fry and employee immediately shouted “5 minute wait for that” before I could even finish my sentence. Said that was okay and when I got my food they didn’t give or ask me what I wanted for sauces, cheese was on sandwich AND fries, bacon wasn’t cooked all the way so I had to pick it off so I wouldn’t risk getting food poison, and forgot the tomatoes. Employees were just messing around until people showed up and were mad that people ordered food. They probably just fired all their good employees when the pandemic hit and hired whatever they could get. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone epically those allergic to cheese.
