Had issues with my card. The cashier helped others and patiently waited until I was able to get things rolling again. She was not rude. Not one bit. And I mean to tell ya! I guesstimate that this one order took upwards of 20, maybe even 30 minutes to pinpoint the issue and swiping my card about 10x before I was able to even pay for my food. Luckily, our little cashier had faith in me because she had already started the order and it was all ready to go.

This location is trash. Can’t ever get anyone on the phone, ordered pickup portal extra most bestest sausage and barley had sausage. Pizza always looks burnt. This is a staffing issue. And you can’t tell me it’s because people don’t want to work. Clearly this place has an issue with management and proper structure. Your supposed to be able to walk in and get a hot and ready. Have lived in claremore 3 months and never have been able to do that. My hometown this was never an issue and it was because the staff took pride in there job and what they produced. This place management clearly goes in for a paycheck. No quality control at all.

Horrific service, stood at counter for 20 minutes, and was never waited on. 4 others came in and left without getting service. The girl looked passed everything someone came in and never acknowledged any of us,this is an ongoing thing at this location. Hire better help.

Waited an hour for my food that I ordered online. Watched over 10 customers go in and never get acknowledged. The lady cooking in the back is way to slow. Was in no hurry to help anybody. The bigger guy working up front was nice though.
