We enjoyed a nice lunch here today, the restaurant is located on a quaint street just a short walk from the waterfront. There was just a short wait to be seated, and our server Cody came to our table quickly after we were seated. She told us the Daily Specials and answered any and all menu questions we had since this was our first visit. She was very polite and helpful, she had several tables in our area and I noticed how she kept a constant check on each and every one. We ordered one of the Daily Specials which was a SoftShell Crab Dinner with 2 sides and we also ordered the Rajun Cajun Pasta. Both meals were served hot and fresh with just a short wait time. The crabs were cooked well, lightly fried and tasted fresh and not overly greasy, the pasta dish was delicious, you have a choice of protein with your pasta (Blackened Fish, Shrimp or Chicken) tossed in a creamy Alfredo like sauce with bacon, mushrooms, peppers and green onion. Both meals were a good portion to be filling without having any leftovers. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. We enjoyed our lunch and would stop by again if we’re in the area.

Nice restaurant/bar with a decent selection of food and drinks. Our waiter was attentive and polite, but it was hard to hear him because the music was a little loud. The food and service was good.

Great brunch on Sunday! Had the pork eggs Benedict and it is delicious. Salty and sweet. They have a great selection of beers at the bar, three TV’s, and a very attentive wait staff. They were very quick to get my food too.

Food was good overall, but parts were just ok. For example, my burger was excellent, but the bun was cold and chewy. 30 seconds on the grill and it would have been great.

The food was much better than I had anticipated. Sometimes the simplest items are the hardest to cook. The wings and burgers were very tasty and well executed. Service was a little rocky, but I believe our server was brand new and they were short staffed that day. I think a little patience goes a long way, and the food can be worth the wait. Maybe try coming without the kids first.

Listen, I don’t know how to put into words how much I loved Grub Brothers. The burgers were juicier than my Aunt Claire’s gossip, and the fries were crispier than my Grandma’s homemade apple pie. The staff was as friendly as my dog after he’s eaten a whole bag of treats. And don’t even get me started on their BBQ sauce. It’s so good, I wanted to write a love letter to it. Grub Brothers, you’ve won my heart and my stomach. Keep doing what you’re doing.

The menu is different and offering diversity. The staff are very nice. Relatively large restaurant and a good chance you won’t wait. The “Gruben” had very little dressing dressing. I feel like it was an off night. Very good quality marble rye and pastrami. I enjoyed the fried jalapenos and their signature sauce. Onion rings were spot on. The restaurant has a retro balcony/ bar atmosphere. Needs flooring and some renovation would push it over the top.

Great place to eat, right next to the theater. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Had the Philly Cheesesteak, the Cajun Pasta, and the Club. All of them were really good. The best thing was the hash brown casserole! That was stellar.

The burgers here are great but the chicken salad club is the one for me. Really good chicken salad on toasted bread with fried green tomatoes and crispy bacon, perfect. Also make sure to get a side a gravy with your fries, you won’t regret it. The okra and tomato stew is delicious as well. This is a nice local hangout and the staff offers nothing but great hospitality.
