Their fries are just how I like them. Golden brown with a touch of salt fresh out of the fryer. Burgers can’t be beat!! Fresh made patties cooked perfectly with a slice of cheese, pickles, ketchup, onions, and mustard. On a fresh bun!!! Mmmm, good!!! Top it all off with an ice cream sandwich. It’s the best!!!

If you are going to drive thru, be sure you check your order. We ordered 3 combos with large fries & drinks, when we got home, we only had 2 medium fries. Help is under trained & not competent.

The food is good, but your order is only correct 10-20% of the time. Hopefully the high school kids can start paying more attention to detail. Buffalo sauce instead of ketchup on a kid’s cheeseburger isn’t a good thing.

Been to this location numerous times – I’ve lived 15 miles away for over the last 8 years. Normally satisfactory. I last visited on 9-13 after the football game. They were busy as to be expected and we went through the drive through. Whoever took our order was short and told us the total before I was finished ordering, without asking if that was all. Once we got our food home (15 minute drive, not turning around to go back at 9pm) we found our food to be awful : onion rings – not even warm, french fries- hardly done, mini corn dogs – hot dogs were fried separately from the breaded and breading was burnt, – chicken strips were very overdone. I have never been to a runza and had any of these issues, during a rush or not.

Very disappointed pop was very flat and tasted terrible. Food was not prepared well. Fried food tasted like the fryers hadn’t been cleaned for days. Runza is one of my go to restaurants. This St. Paul location has been disappointing.
