I’m surprise delivery orders aren’t bagged for GrubHub to ensure it’s not been tampered with! My wings didn’t have a “sealed at the hut open by you” sticker on it and looks like it may be missing a couple. Also the Melt was burnt. I also asked for utensils to be included, and they weren’t. And to top it all off the cookie is burnt too!!!

The pizza was cold and the crust was hard like it was over cooked in a microwave. The tomato sauce wasn’t thick enough and actually there wasn’t enough. Basically, this pizza seemed like it was left out on a counter for 3 days then thrown in a box. The wings were decent but there wasn’t enough to shake around inside the container. We were looking forward to a great pizza night but this was horrible and disappointing to pay $33.00 when we could have had a frozen pizza 10 times better than this and $20.00 cheaper. Come on Pizza Hut you used to be my go to online ordering place but now I think not.

Wow. I have not been to Pizza Hut in years and will not be back. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with light cheese and it looks like they dumped several cups on it. The other pizzas also had tons of cheese on them and there was so much cheese, it wasn’t even cooked – it was still shredded and cold in the middle of the pizza. Didn’t even get the correct pizza made – missing half of the ingredients. Breadsticks had no butter on them and were hard as a rock. $50 down the drain. What a waste. I will go anywhere else but here. Blackjack, Dominos, Jets, Godfathers, even Marcos is better than this.

I ordered online for curbside pickup (I had my dog with me and it was a hot day). After checking in, I was informed to wait in my car. The store was busy, but not slammed at all. I was in my car for over 25 minutes before I decided to just go in. My food was the only food in their warmer. It must have been sitting there since before I even arrived because it was dry and meh. There’s more to this story, but I really don’t want to type more because it just makes me frustrated. Just know that using curbside is probably a bad idea at this point. Just go inside to get your food.

Simple order, simply screwed. Both medium pizzas were ordered as hand tossed and came as thin and crispy, on top of being cooked to the point of chewy cardboard. Bread sticks were literally as hard as sticks that you could shatter a window with. Paid for extras, like ranch, didn’t get them.

Edit: a year later I tried this store again. I asked for a call when my order was delivered as I was omw home and my roommates were asleep. Your employees apparently can’t follow delivery instructions because my partner, nor I never received a call and I arrived to cold pizza on my porch. Thanks

do not order from here. Their new cheesesteak recipe was bland and flavorless and their pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was ordered as hand tossed and it was so thin and hard to the point of cardboard consistency. Huge waste of money. I would’ve rathered Digiorno pizza over that.

Gave this Pizza Hit a second try. Ordered 2 medium pizza’s online, Thursday around 6:30pm, food was here at 7:12, about 11 minutes after estimated time provided. Was happy with that. Driver seemed frazzled, like they were having a tough night but despite that he was still very friendly and polite.
