Bethany’s Sushi exceeded my expectations! The Andrei Sushi Roll was delicious with two shrimp tails and a hint of lemon. The salmon poke was refreshing, featuring large salmon pieces. The creamy scallop hand roll was generously sized and packed with cucumber and avocado. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to return and try more of their rolls!

First time at Bethany sushi, we came with a friend. I was full after my meal which is usually hard when I eat out. I would choose a Bento box instead of the entree if you have the chicken teriyaki. Good quantity and variety.

Worst sushi that we have had in the Portland Metro area. Everything tasted a little off, or simply, were gross. 3 of our party of 4 had immediate stomach discomfort. From the California (Kalifornia) rolls to the inedible mango madness roll. We’re not ones to leave sushi on the table, but we left close to $40 worth uneaten. Even the Ramen and Sesame Chicken were bad. The chicken was so leathery and overcooked we sent it back. Super slow service. One extra star for the manager removing the chicken dish from the bill and admitting the mango sushi dish was not for everyone. Simply put, avoid this restaurant.

We came here for a last minute dinner and were not disappointed at all. I had the Bethany Chirashi which had so much fresh sushi, even the tomago was above and beyond! We also ordered the mixed tempura and the honey garlic bento bowl, which was also great! Needless to say, it was delicious and satisfying. Definitely enjoyed every bite! So much food, we were stuffed!
