Went thru the downtown kilauea st. Taco bell….long line for drive thru , took 20 mins for me to get to the order speaker another 5 mins . To get to the order window. Food was room temp. Warm. Haven’t had a chalupa in a long time , last time I had it was a few yrs back and remembered it being much more crisper, this one was okay… I liked crispier better! Crunchy supreme tacos was good. All in all was worth my waiting time. Tho’ if your very hungry I wouldn’t recommend goin thru the drive thru. Maybe walking in would get your food to you faster & it would be hotter. ☺️

I ordered on my app, and shortly after arriving and confirming my order the employees marked the order as complete, as I got a notification my food was ready at the counter. Instead however it was another 15 minutes before I would receive my food. Employees care far more about meeting a certain time than providing a positive customer service experience. I will not be returning

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food stop. If you want unhealthy, go here; if you want healthy, go here. Eat only veggies, go here (you can sub any meat or any Veggi, like beans). Want meat, go here. They have Non-dairy options (Ask for Fresco). To me Taco Bell is the “Have it your way” of fast food (sorry BK).
