I’ve ate here at this location twice. The first time they got my order wrong but no biggie it happens. Today however my wife’s chowmein was burnt to the point she couldn’t eat it. She tried calling the restaurant 3 separate times but it would just ring then say its busy and then disconnect. Hoping management can turn things around because we genuinely want to eat here more.

I stopped here with a large group while traveling. They were able to get all of us through the line quickly and back on the road. The food and service was great and the restrooms were clean. There were a few dirty tables when we arrived but we were still able to find places to sit and eat.

We are big Panda Express patrons, we are traveling the U.S. and frequent the locations as we travel. Although the service was efficient, the food was not up to our expectations. For some reason the Chow Main noodles and the Orange Chicken did not taste as it usually does. The flavor was just not up to the restaurants normal standards, and we have eaten lots of Panda so we are in hopes that this review will not be taken lightly

Had to wait 20 mins for Beijing beef. Their rice cooker was broken so only side choice was chow mein. Veggies in Beijing beef were raw. My portion of chow mein was 90 percent vegetables with a tiny bit of noodles. I will never go back to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone. They closed an hour earlier than the Google listing says, and employees seemed annoyed about having to serve us. Which the food quality shows.

Went at 9:30 when hours are until 10pm. Doors were locked. All lights were on. 5 employees inside WOULD NOT acknowledge me. Watched 5 cars go thru the drive thru and keep driving. Update the hours if those are the actual closing hours.

Dine in was closed due to understaff when I clearly saw 6 people working! Went through drive thru and ordered a plate with 2 entrees and rice. After I get home ,I sit down to eat.. the rice is HARD!!! I bagged it back up and started driving back to the place and along the way I literally called the place 4 times and no one answered. after i get there i tell the lady working what was wrong with my order and she did indeed replace it and i asked is it a different batch of rice she assured me. guess what i go home and sit down it was the SAME thing!!! ugh!!! i trashed the food!! cant even call and complain since they dont answer.
