Honestly wasnt going to complain this much, but the customer service i received on 8/23/23 was absolutely horrid. I had made an order that was not made with the intention of being satisfying. Driver Gabriel was super polite and a dream. His manager did not want to work with me other than redoing the order. I asked for light jalapenos on my pizza and i swear there were less than 8 slices of jalapeno on it. I order a chicken alfredo pasta and there was little to no chicken on it, and not enough to feed 4 people that its supposedly meant to feed. I called and asked if maybe i can get to make a new order for the exact amount i had paid for the food that was made so carelessly. She refused and was being quite rude about it. I have made previous orders at other stores and this order, the customer service was terrible in comparison. When i finally agreed to having it remade she told me it would be over an hour to be delivered. Due to “dinner rush” this was at 4 pm mst. What happened to the quality of service El Paso was known for? This experience makes me reluctant to ever recommend this store to any friends or family in the area.

Ordered pizza and waiting 32 mins for it to be ready, I was the only one in the building and they didn’t tell me it was ready, so my pizza sat there cold, terrible customer service. Then the employees don’t wear gloves after handling money then food, disgusting

My pizza arrived toppled–it had been dropped and flipped. The cheese and pepperoni circles were stuck the the box’s inner top. The pizza pie, for the most part, came off the box and was edible. The driver made no mention of the Flying Wallenda’s tumble. Driver expected a 6 dollar tip for an average delivery. He was early and didn’t forget the drinks, but his expectation was a put-off. And the somersault performed by my pizza was a dissappointing annoyance. Good thing the pizza tasted good.

I’ve been using Domino’s since I got here and I must say the staff is very attentive very accommodating and very patient I had to change my order and also I went home with a wrong order and the gladly changed my pizza order back to the original order that aside the restaurant is a bit hot. But all around I don’t have to wait long for my pizza and that’s all that matters.

Pizza was not well done so I called to let them know spoke to a Ricardo and he was asking for proof when I had thrown the pizza talking about “bring it back and we’ll give you another one “ have in mind we trust them pizza will be good when delivered . I don’t know what happened here They brought it to me I opened it and it looked like this and I paid almost $18 Word of advice I do not recommend coming here and coming here to order your pizza if you want it to be missing pieces even though the manager was polite was polite I was gonna give this to my daughter but ill have to make something else

Last night for Halloween was the last order before they close got two medium two topping I could barely eat three slices it seemed undercooked to me I never have a problem at the corner of Dyer in McCombs or the Domino’s on Sean haggerty it was very greasy my girlfriend thought it was gross complained about it and called first thing in the morning when we woke up and the manager was rude to my girl over the phone all she asks is how can we fix this please save yourself the time and just go to a different pizza place or another Domino’s
