Wow is all I can say…I was a REGULAR here for YEARS. My family would frequent the establishment 1-2 times weekly. We loved the customer service and the food was AMAZING!! They have been taken over by either new management or new owners and I am beyond disappointed!!! I have tried them twice since the change took place. After the first time I decided to give them one more try to be fair. I will never visit again. The wings tasted like those soggy wings from Zaxby’s. The hot sauce was not hot tasted like mild, medium at BEST. They weren’t crispy and it and tasted like the sauce was an after thought that was put on the wings way after they were removed from the grease. I am disappointed because this was LITERALLY my fav wing spot. Bring back the old owners or management. It wasn’t broken so not sure why they felt the need to “fix” it, but this is NOT it Wing Ranch!

My husband and I went on date nights here a few years ago and I loved the wings. However, The 30 wings I got tonight was not the “Wing Ranch” I know. When I got home 15 miles away and seen what I purchased. They looked so old and I don’t know how to describe them, but it wasn’t it. #Disappointed

Had to wait 20 minutes for 10 Wings (No Sides or Drink). My order was carryout. Took too long. It was not packed. Only 6 to 10 seated dine-in guests. However, my food tasted good. Would’ve given 5 star if it didn’t take 20 minutes for 10 Wing which actually equates to 5 Whole with cut in 2 serveble pieces per whole wing. I actually like this place. On this visit you all were off your “A – Game”.
