I finally tried the muffaletta waffle today…Guys. i don’t even like olives usually. This one is REVOLUTIONARY. So do delicious!!! Perfect lunch with the iced chai. All the sweet choices are awesome, but don’t sleep on the savory ones!

They only do waffles but they do sweet and savory and they do them really well. The waffles are denser than your average Belgian, which is great because they hold up to all the toppings. Everything feels homemade or high quality from the fresh whipped cream to the jams and sauces. I had a chai tea and it was delicious. Only giving 4 stars until we come back to try more things on the menu. Hoping there will be outdoor seating in the summer.

If you’re a coffee lover; as in you don’t take yours sweet with a dash of coffee, and you actually enjoy the flavor of the fresh brewed beans.. this is a must stop place that needs added to your list. Have had it hot and this time ordered it iced, which the iced was bold in flavor. I was quite surprised with it, it was delish. The liege waffles (with cookie butter) are mouth watering good.

I can’t recommend this food truck enough!! Excellent service and excellent food. I’ve never been disappointed by them, even trying the savory waffles which at first I thought were a weird concept they ended up being delicious. This is a local favorite that I recommend to everyone. Following their Instagram makes me crave their waffles every week!

This Great Big Diner on wheels is truly awesome; between the service, food, and chit chat with the owner. I felt incline to try something new! They have craft coffee, and meticulously picked menu items to pair. I truly enjoyed my experience. The coffee is a must and the Kimchi Waffle wasn’t too bad
