Nice and some what clean restaurant. They have no self serve kiosks so ordered through app. I was their only customer there so one would think that my meal would be prepared fast but it wasn’t. Had to wait a long time for it. They do not have any monitors to show the order process. They never called out my order number. Had to ask for it. Had to go back to the counter a second time because they forgot my drink. Food tasted all right though. Their toilets are locked and not available which I found extremely annoying because I wanted to use their bathroom.

Only a few drinks available, Coke and most other types were not selectable at all. I have never experienced this before. The burger was not prepared according to the regular recipe. The mayonnaise covered everything and splashed out of the burger.

Place looks nice, though bathroom is always closed even for paying customers. They charge 20 cents on a small paper bag? I understand if it’s a reusable bag but it’s the small brown paper bag with their logo on it. This is just getting ridiculous. I know it’s just cents but how many customers have they already ripped off on this?

There was an issue with our order, so we had to pay for it again and they told us that we would get our money back for the first order (that we already paid!). 4 weeks later, nothing happened!! We went to the same cashier, but he told us that the bank is the only one responsible..

Worst Burger King EVER.. The food was average but the employees were very rude. After I paid for my food I asked to use the restroom. The young girl behind the window said it wasn’t open. I asked why and she said “Because itis closed and if you don’t like it just go somewhere else”.. Wow.. Well i will definitely be going somewhere else from now on.

This restaurant should be closed down. I took a disabled guest. We needed to wash hands before eating and there manager told us the toilets are locked because they’re dirty. I said this gentleman is 93 years old and is disabled. Please let him use the bathroom. The manager turned his back and said: thank you for understanding. He walked away. If the toilets are dirty, they ought to be cleaned, not locked. We can’t eat before washing hands. I walked back the poor old man to the car and we drove away.

Last night i was hungry so we hit up the filmore Burger King for some dinner. They weren’t busy (zero customers)…we ordered our food & after getting home i realized they didn’t give us most of our order….they left out two double cheeseburgers, a chocolate pie and medium french fries. I don’t know how they messed up my order that bad!! We were the only customers inside at the time. Anyway, my advice to you is just check your order when you receive it before leaving so you don’t have to drive all the way back like us!! The food is pretty good so of course we’ll be back

Very unfortunate to have a meal at a Burger king that has no working restrooms, or so they said went in, had lunch, walked out and back in to use the restroom and I was told that I couldn’t t use the bathroom regardles of having purchased a meal or not. Really this was just ridiculous.

i normally dont give bad reviews in this case the shift manager asked me to use napkins for the bathroom handed me a handful then after the lady using it reports no TP and no hand papertowels because of broken h.papertowel dispenser, broken soap dispencer are you kidding me. Whos hiring these people and why are they under staffed enough they cant complete their job task to stay on top of all duties. The shift manager also used the next bathroom that is kept locked, i asked to use that one because its kept clean and had all bathroom use and needs, her response was “no! Its employees only and locked it”.
