Not impressed with this place. Ordered a pizza and the whole box came oily. If I wasn’t starving, I wouldn’t have ate the less oily parts. The pizza was “okay” but the appearance was awful. Who wants to receive food like this? First and last time ordering from this place.

Decent food overall, especially if you are limited to on-base delivery options. The sandwiches and steak fries are the best options. But, the quality is very hit or miss. Ordering during the day and picking the food up yourself is the safest way to ensure your food will taste good. The risk is highest when placing an order for delivery at dinner time, where as likely as not your food will show up as my most recent order did: burned, cold, soaked from condensation, and overall completely inedible.

Great customer service and good value for the price. That’s half of the steak and cheese sub with all of the side order of fries. The meal filled the food container. I ordered online through the website and it was very easy. I wish they had a PayPal or Google Pay option to make it easier and more secure.

This is in response to Ian McG. I am the female cook you were referencing in your review and the driver you speak of is my dad. First of all I was in no way shape or form being sarcastic when speaking to him I was honestly asking if he would like me to make him food. Second we have a separate containers with fried foods. I gave him fries from that . (Not something you could see from where you were standing) He did not reach into your container of fries nor would I have let him. I have been here for 3 years if we want food we can make whatever we want. We DO NOT eat our customers food.

Service is excellent! Top notch. Food is good. We had burgers one night and they were delicious. Tonight I ordered the calzone with pepperoni bacon and onion. It was good but not the best I’ve had. Just my personal preference the bacon was in long fatty strips and onion chunks were pretty large for my personal liking. If that’s what you’re into then perfecto for you. Lol.

They eat YOUR food in the back. Ordered a classic cheese burger with steak fries. While waiting I was standing by the drink refer so I could see into the fry station. The older man who does the deliveries walks in drops his bag off and walk back to the fry station. There is a bowl sitting under the heat lamp with my pre-portioned cooked order of fry’s. Old man reaches into the bowl and digs out 4 steak fries. While doing so he is in full view of and talking with the cooks in the back. In fact as he walk back out to the front the female cook sarcastically asks if he’s wants anything to eat…as he is munching on my fries. So I continue to watch the cook take that bowl of fries away and wouldn’t you know my order is ready. With the order of fries, now slightly less, due to an employee eating them. Bring it to the attention of the people working and of course I get the ignorance act as homeboy is literally sitting there gnawing on my fries.

The best place to get something to eat if you live in or near Hamscom AFB. The footie pretty good but a bit pricey in my opinion. Overall they have a large menu and their food is really good. Although their name is Pizza Mia, I believe their burgers are way better than their pizza.

If you want really good pizza DONT go here. The pizza is fair at best and way over priced for the quality and size of the product. Their Boston Pockets, and sandwiches are pretty good and priced decent. Their salads are fair like their pizza but still slightly over priced.
