Spicy Tan Tan was great – never had it before and exceeded my expectations. Portions are smaller than most Ramen restaurants but I don’t think it was a deal breaker. Probably the best Ramen in Mill Creek/Bothell area.

Found an absolute gem with Akane Ramen. The garlic chashu fried rice was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. The ramen had the perfect flavor and the chicken karaage was one of the best I’ve eaten in a while. The service is great and the staff are all very friendly. Will definitely be back.

First time here. It’s a new place with very nice decor. I liked the Spicy Tan Tan that had just enough spice to clear my sinuses but not enough to over power. Could have used a bit more flavor. Hubby noticed there were no beef or chicken options. He ordered the seafood stir fry and that was flavorful. We enjoyed the wafer thin pork topping that fluttered from the steaming dish. We liked the light crispiness of the gyoza appetizer. Staff was friendly. We’ll be back to try other dishes. Prices were not bad considering the current economy. Would like to see other meat choices.

I have dined at this location twice now, the service is great and the staff are super friendly and attentive. The restaurant is super clean and the food has been great both times. There was no wait time when we visited and were seated almost immediately. The staff were willing to accommodate some menu substitutions, my request was for a spicy veggie ramen.

This restaurant is amazing! Delicious food, attentive service, and the clean, modern interior is designed well. We tried the garlic chashu fried rice, garlic miso ramen, karaage chicken, and the agedashi tofu. The food came out quickly (even though they were busy) and everything was incredibly flavorful. There aren’t many authentic Japanese restaurants in the area so try this new place asap before everyone finds out about it. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Good food, great atmosphere. Had the California ramen which was good, and the takiyaki dumplings which were very unique and good. I did feel like the ramen broth could have been more flavorful. The octopus dumplings had tons of flavor though.
