Breakfast is Mid AF…I so wanted for this place to be great! Reasonably priced and large portions. We went for Sunday brunch. The service was good other than the wait. We had to ask for breakfast menus but it was 1:30 pm. We ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was tough and not very flavorful. It was also slightly undercooked near the bone. The bacon was the thick cut type, which is not my favorite. My boys had the French toast, BBQ Benny and BBQ scramble they thought it was “bomb af.” But overall mid

Hadn’t been in here for a couple years while the windows were boarded up. Plywood is gone, so we stopped in for breakfast at 10am on a Wed. Only 3 tables occupied. The breakfast & service were great!! Omelettes are not folded omelettes, but scrambles. I had to try the BBQ Pork omelette. It was delicious. Country potatoes were nicely seasoned & perfectly cooked red potato wedges. BBQ sauce on an omelette? I thought I died and went to heaven. Even the sourdough toast was great. Warm & nicely browned. Wood bench seats were a little too firm and bathrooms needed a once over, but all-in-all, a pleasant experience. We’ll be back. Give them a try.

There were two young ladies, and the young ladies that took our order to go were so helpful and very kind. The other server was rude and pretty much rushing us out. She made me feel like I was a walking disease… And the food was alright. Lastly, the place was empty and lonely . The menu can be revamped and get rid of the rude one. She knows who she is.

Ours closed, so when I’m in San Leandro, I love to stop! It’s a great place to eat delicious meals for a reasonable price. How many places does the cook come out to talk with you?? I love the food, but my waitress really brightened my day with her friendliness and memorable smile❣️

Superb service – very friendly and accurate, food was great (4.5). The bench seats need some kind of cushion but are nice.

Excellent restaurant. I had babyback ribs, French fries for a excellent price. The ribs were cook we’re the meat fell off the bone. The service was excellent and the cook. I highly recommend the restaurant to eat at.

I have past this location for most of my life (50yrs) wondering if the service would reflect the atmosphere of a White’s Only environment. Well that was my mindset. We made it into the venue just before they shut it the kitchen. Our hostess initially made us think she just wanted us order and get the hell out. But she eventually change her attitude and became more courteous. I ordered the BBQ SANDWICH while my friend ordered the RIBS. I liked my sandwich but it could have been a a lil bit more flavorful. That front door had obviously been vandalized. It wasn’t the greatest first impression. This institution has been a stable in San Leandro. I may not return but I know that locals will because this is their Go-To spot.

After a bad stomach aid realized why this place was almost empty, the only good thing we’re my links and Garlic/Parmesan fries. Look at the color of the backed potatoe, horrible birthday dinner.
