I like the amount of sugar-free options at Ziggi’s. The service is slower than your usual coffee shop, I think, but I’m usually happy with the product. Wish it wasn’t so expensive, though. I only go when it’s a treat!

Just about what you’d expect from a chain coffee house, which is good. Clean shop, very friendly service. The caramel latte was sweeter than I prefer, and I’ve had better gluten-free coffee cake, the the overall experience was pretty good.

Just went inside the Cafe because the drive thru was wrapped around the building. I could see all the teamwork happening and was impressed. Everyone was doing their part and everyone was incredibly friendly. I had to wait a few minutes for my tea order and that’s fine, I could see how busy it was. Several team members checked in with me and let me know my drink would be right up. Go Ziggis Wellington Team!

I order the same thing every time and the flavor is always consistent. Ziggi’s offers a comfortable place to hang out and have a chat as well. The best way to tell if a community is healthy is if the coffee shops outnumber the liquor stores.

Me and a friend went here to talk around 4:30. The drinks were good, the staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. The music, however, was too loud and it made it very hard to carry on a conversation. It was hard to hear over the music and I kept having to ask my friend to repeat himself. This aspect made my experience somewhat unpleasant. If I had just gone by myself or gotten the drinks to go I probably wouldn’t have minded, but it was annoying while I was trying to socialize. Not sure if they turned it up since they were approaching closing time, but the volume seemed unacceptable for business hours.
