The food while decent, the whole combined experience was horrible from the snotty hostess to the confused wait staff. I give this place a 4 out of 10 on service and a 2 out of 5 over all and on food its a 4 out of 5. Definitely room for improvement. Especially on the hostess that impression she gave was she didn’t like her job or interacting with people! Rude! Rude! Rude! Wait staff unattentive during meals, didn’t communicate wants and needs to other staff properly and we never really knew who or actual server was. Hopefully next time will be better.

My hubby and I love coming here for date nights. Our food has always been fresh and tasty and the wait staff is so wonderful. We had our first bad experience here tonight with our meal and Tammy, the manager, took such good care of us. She went above and beyond and we left feeling happier than when we walked in, but mostly importantly, she listened. Tammy turned our night around and we will absolutely be back to this location.

Went to Olive Garden on Pooler Parkway in Pooler, Georgia many times. My last visit was at take out. I tried to go in and order the young lady greeted me in the way in bed and said she would help me soon.she was running all over and I stood there as 2 other employees watched me without saying a word. Not one person offered a menu to look over as I waited to order. I waited about 15 minutes no menu 3 employees no help I walked out. I did walk right passed the woman who originally greeted me and she said I told you I would help you when I get a minute. As I stated the 2 other employees ignored me without asking if I had been helped so my $ 100.00 and my business went to Jim and Nick’s. Thank you for the good service Jim and Nick’s.
