The owner Mr.Rick is a true Gem!! So friendly and helpful! My Summer School Program recently went there on a field trip (67 kids) and Mr.Rick and his management team didn’t miss a beat! Making sure all of our food was hot and served to us in our private room as well as helping out the kids who didn’t have money to play games!! This man is a genuine soul!! MR.RICK THANK YOU!! This place was so clean, they constantly worked the lobby clearing plates. they had fresh pizza continuously on the buffet. we had 7 in our group, adults and kids were all very satisfied. we look forward to coming back again. service was more than we expected. thanks for a great experience!

Tonight, my family and I went to Mr. Gatti’s Pizza in Lake Charles, and boy let me tell you. The food was phenomenal. The whole restaurant including the game room are immaculate. Customer service from the staff was unmatched. They even went out of their way to make my 4 year old son feel so special on his birthday. The owner even personally came and fixed our wobbly table for us to make sure that we had a superb experience. Just wanted to leave a positive review for them, it is well deserved.

I didn’t know they have a crustless pizza until they told me about it. Very friendly workers and very clean restaurant. The owner walks around checking on everyone, which you don’t see that very much anymore. He helped clean the tables as well. The best hospitality around!

Great experience. Lobby was very clean, fast service, good atmosphere and friendly and patient staff. I went with 3 kids, a baby and my dad. He is disabled and I had a handful to deal with with a baby and 5 year old. There was a man working the lobby named Danny. He was a godsend. Helped make plates, got a high chair for the baby. Watched my dad’s back while he was going to sit down just in case he lost his balance and constantly checked up on us. He did an amazing job as did the other staff at making rounds to pick up unused plates. We will definitely be back.

This location is awesome! They do a lovely, well maintained buffet. They have the mix your own drink stations for soft drinks. Their salad bar is nicely stocked. The dining room is clean and well-kept. Best of all, the arcade is awesome!

Awesome experience tonight 3/18/23 with the manager Mr. Danny Antione, and a server Dillion. They were awesome from the time my family of 8 arrived all the way until we left. Absolutely the best dine In experience I’ve had in a few years. Great job fellas, please keep up the good attentive work. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and felt like we were kings and queens!

Mr Gatti’s pizza is one of my favorites. They use Provolone cheese rather than mozzarella & I prefer Provolone. The pizza is consistent & staff are always pleasant.
