They told us 40 mins, was okay with that. Wasn’t okay when I got home and it looked like it sat under the heat lamp for 40 mins. It was cold and hard and it looked like a thin crust, which we didn’t order. I ate it because I’m 8 months pregnant and have a toddler that was hungry, but NEVER again getting pizza from braidwood. Braceville knocks baidwoods pizza out of the water EVERY day of the week. Braceville caseys from now on, sorry but not sorry braidwood, but you suck!

Brought it up to the manager when I was charged for both and he was extremely rude in telling me it was mislabeled and implied that I moved the sale sticker, and they would not honor the advertisement. I’m having a bad time at this location. I went in for lunch on Saturday and dinner on Sunday and both times they told me they wouldn’t make my sub till 20 minutes later. I will stop going to this gas station. They need to retrain these people. I want a sub not a pizza. It takes 2 minutes to make a freaking sub. You people lost a regular customer.

The manager made the worst pizza ever. I asked for pineapple and tomato. She threw 4 large quarter tomatoes and three small piles of pineapple and then buried in cheese. It looked like the cheese was falling out of the box. Buried topping to hide a lazy rude job. Never again. Going to Braceville instead period. Lazy people don’t care except a paycheck.

Go into pick up a few quick slices of pizza at 6 pm. There is ONE slice in the warmer. I ask the lady behind the counter how much longer until they replenish. She says “that’s it for a while” then turns her back and says nothing else. 6 pm is prime dinner time and you’re not making anymore pizza for “awhile” absolutely ridiculous!
