Every time I have ever gone here the food is dry and it tastes like it stays old. My bow rounds are always burnt hard and overcooked. Today I went and got a breakfast biscuit bacon egg and cheese, food was cold, the biscuit itself is also burnt hard as a rock, the bacon is stringy old and very fatty. And it looks as if they had no eggs except for maybe one and decided to split it in half and just throw half of the egg on the sandwich as you will see in the picture. The soda tasted like it needed the machine to be given new syrup. Someone should be checking that also when working in a place like this. It’s quite upsetting to spend as much money as I do because Bojangles is not cheap, and for the food to just be complete and total trash.

This place needs to be shut down! NOTHING is ever hot or fresh and the wait time takes FOREVER! Myself and my family have stopped eating here because the quality of food and service has gone down hill to the point its just not worth it

Im sure all bogangles are not as consistantly bad as summerville ga. My mother realy likes the cajun cicken sandwch but choking on plastic wrap found inside said sandwich and ice cold fries has put an end to my patronage of this perticular resturant. They need new management and quality has been a issue for quite some time. Im done with summerville bo’s

Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 2 ham biscuits with butter. Went to the truck to eat and found they had given us 4 sausage. Carried it back in and they swapped it for 2 ham. Well I ask them about the butter on them and they just looked at me like they didn’t know what butter was. So I just left. And also they were 4 dollars and 11 cents higher than the Armuchee Bojangles for the same excat order.
