I love Arby’s. I don’t get a chance to eat there often, but when I do, it’s a great day!!! My food was excellent! The cashier lady brought us our food, and I never got a chance to thank her. Overall, although my visits are rare, Arby’s is in the top 5 of my eat out restaurants. Go visit them, let them make your day!!!

There’s a reason why I never buy a drink from fast food restaurants and this is exactly why. What a joke Arby’s and charging $2.19 for this?! I can go across the street and pay $0.79 for a drink 4x bigger at the gas station…. never again!

The lemonade sizes have been changed. A large is now a medium but still called a large; and a medium lemonade is now a small size. I don’t mind paying more for a large size, but that’s no longer an option. I was told a large is now 20 oz, but a 20oz soda is a medium. What sense does that make? Additionally, the mozzarella sticks or jalapeño poppers can’t be made to order if I pull up to the window in 20 seconds and my food is ready, even though they assure me they cook these items to order and they don’t sit in a warmer. Additionally, this location has people working at the window that literally do not speak..not even 1 word. Except the older gentleman who is always very pleasant. We will go to McAlister’s for a large peach lemonade in the future, this was honestly the only reason we came to Arby’s.

Just pulled up at 11:20, no answer at the speaker. Pulled forward after thinking they may be closed on the 4th of July. Nope, just saw someone scrambling to get their appearance in order before opening the window. Decided not to ask that person or their friends to prepare food I would eat. Won’t be back here anytime soon.

Would like to shout out Amber who did an excellent job taking my order. Fast food customer service is hard and she slowed down and checked for a better deal and got me a cheaper total order after she heard what I wanted. She’s the best!!! I don’t typically even like going to fast food restaurants but I’ll def be back. And if you are in the fishers area – this one is where I’d go!
