This Brighton store just can’t get decent employees. The pizza is always center loaded with raw dough because of it. I ask for well done, the cheese is barely melted they are never cut all the way through.

This was the best place to have pizza delivered to us, but the last few times, we have not been impressed. It’s not a huge deal, but the pizzas get cut super uneven. One piece was the size of 3, and the others are slivers. The bigger deal is the huge bubbles on the pizza that are overcooked and hard, plus a third of the pizza didn’t even have enough cheese to cover the sauce…

This place has amazing staff and wonderful food. I ordered a carryout order today and by the time I walked into the building it was ready!! I placed the order right in front of the building! I was amazed at how quickly they produced this HOT, WONDERFUL masterpiece!! Kudos to you Domino’s, and especially your amazing crew that worked today at lunch time!!!!

Warning dont order go inside and pick up. Put an order in at 10:03 the 2 medium pizzas didn’t arrive till 11:30 cold with crusty hard cheese (cheese was curdling). Called domino’s and they refused to remake or refund the card as that manager had never heard domino has such a policy. Then proceeded to hang up.

Don’t recommend this store had placed an order online and they messed up on my order and I had “credit” but when I tried placing my order for that mess up that they did they refused to give it to me because I’m not a rewards member and they did that I already had revived my “free pizza” excuse me I was at the hospital never got it so I paid for a pizza that added cheese in my whole pizza when I requested it off when I’m allergic and they forgot to add sausage and jalapeños disappointed.

We placed an online order around 7:30 and around 7:45 they had “accidentally” cancelled our order. At 7:49 we called again and they said they would remake it and send it out again. We waited till about 8:21 when we called again and they said it was on the way. We called again at 9:01 and they said it was being sent out and it would arrive in 20 minutes, mind you we live like 10 minutes away from the place and they took almost 2 hours to finally get our order sent out for delivery.

They weren’t even busy and took my order and said they put the pizza in right away. Almost an hour and half later I called, they said it had been delivered the delivery driver did not ring doorbell I have 3 dogs that would have barked I went out to look and my pizza was on my porch. I got it and it was very cold.

I ordered 2 thin crusts, for a future time. I’m convinced they were made when I ordered them, almost 2 hours ahead of when I’d pick them up. They were completely dried out and not hot at all. So disappointed, it was a waste of money. Also, where’s the cheese?
