I was told my food would be ready in about 15 minutes. I sat in the restaurant for almost 30 minutes. Finally went back to the counter. My food was sitting on the rack. No one bothered to let me know it was ready. The guy who gave me my food just said, “I didn’t wait on you.” No explanation, no apology. The girl who *did* take my order was playing on her phone. Apparently her game was more important than serving her customers. The food is good, but I’m not inclined to go back. I’d almost rather drive up to Monroe to get my Olga’s.

As an Olga enthusiast I was excited to find an Olga’s in my city. I never received parts of my order and my food restrictions were completely ignored. The pita bread is not like other Olga’s which was disappointing. The fries were also unseasoned. First time ordering here and last :/

Not a great showing from Olga’s. Ordered 2 gyro, 1 with extra meat ($2.29) both no tomato sauce on the side. As you can see neither had extra meat, 1 had sauce on it and the other sauce never came on the side. Ordered 2 fries and 1 large snacker, as you can see we received 3 snackers (gal at the counter rang it in wrong). The salad was dismal at best. Looks nothing like the picture and is missing most of the ingredients. No red onion, 1 tomato, 2 olives and no feta. I did call and talked to the manager, he was pleasant and seemed as frustrated as I was. There were 4 restaurants under 1 roof and it seemed chaotic. The hot food did travel well for our 15 min drive home. I just wished it was right. I gave 3 star instead of 2 because of the manager taking responsibility and apologizing.

It’s not real Olga’s! Nothing is the same. These ppl on Laskey are just ripping ppl off! There was NO ONE in there! Not one customer. Make the drive to Michigan to get a REAL Olga’s experience! These ppl are just capitalizing on her name for a buck. Thieves!

Ordered some snackers via Doordash. Worst I ever had, they were burnt, had no seasoning and tasted awful. Half of my order wasn’t even edible. Definitely the last time I order from here. I’m at work as well, and this was supposed to be my lunch, totally ruined.

So disappointed… burnt Olga bread, portions at the Toledo express location are half the size of the portions I received at the Olga’s in Ann Arbor last month, limp fries… I do not leave many reviews but even the pictures other people included with their reviews had correct portions. Our “snacker basket” literally had 16 snackers.

Ordered through door dash for probably the third time. They had some issues the first time with running out of food, then they were closed for a few days, and finally when reopening, the second order was great. Third time was today and there was an actual piece of plastic/wax paper that the cheese probably came on inside my 3 cheese olga. Absolutely disgusting and irresponsible. This was probably my favorite restaurant before today.

Really great experience! Staff was very nice and playing great music. The food was excellent, like I can’t wait to come again. My only complaint was I needed more Olga’s sauce but I like an obscene amount so no stars taken away. So happy to have Olga’s back!!!!

I read the reviews before ordering and I should’ve listened. I ordered a basket of snackers with the almond cheese and never got the dip, I got the original Olga and it was okay but pretty soggy. Not great but okay

Aside from Olga bread… I’m not sure why or how this could be called an Olga’s. It’s a shared kitchen and not an actual Olga’s restaurant. So you’ll have to search for it if your expecting to find an Olga’s sign.
