These just weren’t good. Steak tacos had absolutely no flavor yo them. Al pastor tacos did not have the traditional pineapple and tough to chew. The chicken ones were decedent, could actually taste the marinade. And the tortillas were not cooked all the way through and were doughy.

Of all the food tducks I go to and I go to a lot of them. This one has got The Best quesadillas that I have ever gotten off of a food truck. I literally go out of my way to come and get the quesadillas from there. Only thi can say. If they could get the recipe for the ground beef? From the food truck on 41 and Gibson drive They would be absolutely 100% Perfect.

Ordered a burrito which I have three or four different times and half fully loaded nachos and ask for sour cream extra on both and I don’t see any sour cream much less extra I see three dices, tomatoes and lettuce. It was about the horse excuse for anything, they could call food coming off the truck today. And when I say dices up tomatoes, three little quadrants by quarter by quarter inch pieces you can even call it tomato I mean I don’t understand how the kids send something out like that. I would be ashamed of myself if that were me.

Excellent! Great Mexican food! I had the Quesabirria. The tacos come with the au jus/consomme to dip in is delicious. Quesabirria is three homemade tortillas filled with beef, cheese, cilantro, and onion. The hot sauce has a definite kick but it very tasty.
