Our pizzas were all bread. There was little if any sauce. It was not discernible. There was 2.5” of crust left around the edge. We paid extra for toppings which were almost nonexistent. What few toppings there were appeared dumped only in the middle. Never have I seen or had such an excuse for a pizza. Big disappointment and rip off. Papa would be ashamed of this franchise operating in his name, I’m sure. It certainly was not up to par with other Papa Johns pizzas in other locations in NC.

Had a free steak and cheese papadia for my next visit. They didn’t have any steak so I wanted chicken bacon ranch papadia. I really didn’t like it. It was too crunchy, hard, burnt, & dried. The pieces of the chicken kept falling out of the papadia, it didn’t have any flavor or anything. Will not try any of those again!

The only bad thing was when I called to place the order I was talking to a foreign person who got my order 100% wrong, I really don’t know why Papa John’s has to use people who are not even at the location you order the pizza from, then I had to wait for them to remake my pizza which defeated the purpose of calling it in so I won’t have to wait… can Papa John change this policy.

I would give 0 stars if possible. After years of being a loyal customer. No communication when they couldnt deliver due to driver shortage. Then had the nerve to offer removing the delivery fee if i come pick up. The manager Robert had 0 customer service skills. I literally drove to another restaurant within eye sight of papa johns to get my dinner.

Order took over an hour and a half to arrive. When we called they said sorry and something about not having drivers. All items were cold and hard. Also order was incorrect. Didn’t bother calling back. We were starving and it was 7:30 by the time we could eat. Will never order from here again. Will do Dominos from now on.

A couple of times they have delivered the wrong order to me. My order is usually hot, the one good thing with them so far. The last time I ordered there the pizza delivery guy lied and said he waited a long time before leaving, but didn’t. I called the pizza place because my order said delivered online but wasn’t delivered. They put me on hold for a long time, I had to call back several times, one of the times I called I said don’t put me on hold and he didn’t say anything just put me on hold. The manager was nice and re made my order that I had to go pick up. When I walked into papa johns I did not receive a greeting and had to just stand there for a few minutes before being acknowledged. I’m beginning to not want to do any business with this company!
