Im not one to complain but this is ridiculous. They added an enormous amount of pickles bigger than the chicken itself and it was also so messy the sauce was even outside of the to go box. There was also a black, wavy/curly, short piece of hair in my food. I also asked for no ice and they gave me ice.

Customer service was again upon entering we were welcome with a smile by Kimberly who Audi took it order, we had an idea of where we wanted but didn’t know if it would be enough she asked if it was just us or others and understood it was us didn’t want too little or too much she told us the cheaper way and have a coupon to get 3 more wings, she was very patient and showed concern to please is in every way possible everything was fresh that’s not it… Here comes Vanessa omg another one like the other one. These ladies are the absolute best I can’t wait to go back thanks ladies. It was it first time there and I can say it was satisfying

I ordered a 20 piece tender family meal with 2 sides. Only 5 tenders were fresh then I asked for a dozen extra rolls and was told they only had enough for the meal…no extra. Ugh!

Worst customer service ever! I spent over $100 today for our office lunch to be delivered and was missing items. Called the store and was spoken to very rudely by the manager. When I asked for her name she hung up on me. Then she called me back 37 minutes later and was rude and hung up on me yet again! Food was cold. Bad deal! Not sure how I feel about this situation but I will not do business with them again.

Waited in the drive thru line over 15 minutes with no one in line! Seems to be a common occurrence at this location. Rude and unprofessional employees. Needs new management or in-depth training. Absolutely terrible!!! I will take my business elsewhere.

Went to order from here, and as I was eating I seen a HAIR in my chicken strip, went back to the restaurant NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE HAD HAIR NETS ON. Not one. Half of them didn’t have GLOVES ON. I asked for a refund and it’s been 11 days and still waiting. The manager was rude and was yelling at er employees, the employees are rude, and yell back at the manager, and they have arguments in front of customers and children.

I’m not one to complain, but here we go. I ordered 4pc strip meal with mashed potatoes and a extra side of macaroni. What I got were cold strips, half a cup of mashed potatoes (I don’t even know if someone was eating out of it and it got placed in my bag) and NO MACARONI. They were not even busy there was only one other person ahead of me and it was about 7:15 not even close to their closing hour. Please do better.
