Ordered two medium pizzas today. July 5, 2023 at 3pm. One classic and the other deep pan. I tried to call the store to talk to the lady I saw making the pizzas in the back but could only place an order. So I will say it on here. That deep pan pepperoni was the BEST deep pan pizza I have EVER had from Domino’s. Thank you very much. I never leave reviews, but today I had to.

My sister just got our order from here, not even a good half hour ago. We asked for a ham and pepperoni and a meatzza on pan. The ham and pepperoni was fine but the meatzza was just salami and cheese. We ate a small slice to make sure nothing else was on it. I’ve called the store about 10 times in the last 20 minutes. At this point I think they are dodging my calls. We trying to get at least a partial refund. We only order the pizza because we’re currently sick (not covid) so we can’t go to the physical store. Definitely feel like we got scammed. 1st time ordering here too. Will not order here again.

The pizza I ordered was not ready when I went to go pick up. But that is because the manager was having my pizzas remade. The first ones were not up to his standards and I appreciate his honesty and I’d rather wait than get subpar pizza. I’ll make sure to come back to this location again

They acted like they didn’t know where I was and then acted as if they delivered my food. When I called they were extremely rude and told me they wouldn’t re-deliver my food even though the driver messed up.

If I could give negative stars I would. I live less than 2 miles from this location and my food arrives cold. Also, below is a picture if the buffalo wings delivered to my house. This is ridiculous and would not recommend.

Believe the reviews! This place is awful, they do not answer the phone. The order/delivery time take 2 hours when they quote you 45 minutes. The food was terrible. It was cold, and just flat out disgusting. After being over an hour late, the food being terrible, they even forgot the drinks I ordered, claimed they were going to get it out their car and left?! Who is running this trash establishment? This store needs to clean house.

I do curbside at least once a week and most times the service is good. There’s a nice guy who recognizes me and will bring my pizza out before I even park if he sees me. My pizza has never been made wrong. Then there’s time (maybe every 3rd visit) where the wait is super long like tonight. Long story short it took my order over an hour to get done. I was frustrated because I had a long day at work, had a hungry kid at home, and didn’t want to be left waiting. I had to come inside to pick up my pizza because clearly they were busy and nobody was coming to my car. After waiting even longer just to be helped they couldn’t find my order and wasn’t apologetic at all. They did eventually get me my order and righted the wrong. I wasn’t irate but I wasn’t super polite either which I regret. Yes I’d had a long day but they were obviously in the middle of their long work day and several customers were waiting and visibly upset. I should’ve been more considerate and that’s the approach I’ll take the next time this happens. I apologize to the employees and hope their night is turned around.
