Very cute, homy restaurant. The food was great and delicious. Many locals come here. We were lucky to come at the right time with no wait but it was full house at 8:30am. I got the French toast breakfast special and it comes with coffee. On the menu it’s $9 but there’s a written note on the whiteboard saying there’s an adjustment of $1-2 increase than the menu. It was not communicated and the bill was $10 which is reasonable. The service was excellent. My suggestion is they should update their menu or make customer aware.

Stopped for lunch and to experience thus local hangout! Street parking. This small diner is full of locals well known with staff. I enjoyed a BLT with sweet potato fries. The service was friendly. Food prepared quickly. Worth a look see for breakfast (til 11 am) and lunch !!

We opted to skip the “free” motel breakfast, and ended up having a wonderful time at Sherrie’s Place. This is where the locals eat, and they certainly know where to get good food with excellent service. The portions were huge, and fed us for a couple additional meals! The cinnamon roll is warm and comforting but be warned, its size is show stopping! The Chicken Fried Steak was tender and tasty. The hash browns were golden crispy brown and soft on the inside. The pancake was perfectly cooked, and served with maple syrup.
