Ordered pizza to pickup, arrived just as the order said it was ready, however when we pulled up to the window the lady walked around like she was looking for our pizza. Turns out she was, adelivery guy took our pizza. She apologized and said to park while they made us another. We waited at least another 15-20 minutes. We should have got a refund honestly. The pizza came in a smaller box than a large we ordered, it was folded. The sizes of their pizzas seemed to have grown smaller. Very thin too.

Late delivery services needs to be reviewed, please. Like anyone else, I pay nearly $5 for a delivery charge. I will not tip for a cold pizza or for tardiness of delivery when I was informed that my delivery was to be expected at a earlier delivery time, at the exact time of ordering. And please keep up your fantastic work on your pizzas. I adore your Alfredo sauce and the Crust is amazing.

Parking lot is a disaster. Hard to get in, hard to get out, hard to find a spot. Do not suggest picking up on a busy night or if you are in a hurry. Food was below average compared to other papa johns locations. Order was also incorrect. Management offered to replace the pizza (pepperoni when it was supposed to be veg), but it’s debatable whether or not it’s worth the time and gas to drive back over there.

My pizza was not all the way done we called and a lady said sorry if you come back I will make it right I live out of town and it was late and snowing so I told her I won’t be able to drive back safely so she said next time I come to Stillwater to give them a call and that they would make it right well it was a day or 2 latter we called and stayed on the phone with a girl who didn’t help and was rude by the end I am sad because papa John’s is my favorite well not anymore I’ll stick with Domino’s
