Worst experience ever. The first time my drink was wrong it was after I ordered it several times(a normal menu item) and it was the same and tasted right so i knew it was wrong as soon as I tasted it. I got back in the drive thru and when i got to the window the girl working was extremely rude and argued with me that the drink was fine and i asked to to put more pumpkin in it and she finally did. I went again today and the same thing happened. The pumpkin spice latte i ordered tasted like a normal latte with absolutely no flavor. Again they argued with me and I just said could you please put more pumpkin in my drink and like 6 workers were arguing with me. One guy threatened to call the cops. When i paid 7 dollars for my drink and have had to wait twice you should add it no question. This is the only drive thru coffee place in boulder and i’m on crutches god help me.

We had a $51.00 drive thru order. We ordered cheddar and bacon egg whites and they gave us vegetable ones. Told us they didn’t have the cheddar and bacon ones but never asked us to switch them. We took them and when I bit into one, it was still cold and not cooked. We returned all 3, and asked for egg wraps but then they asked us to pull over and wait, so we just said to give us donuts and we left. Hate to tell you , but the sprinkled white icing donuts were awful and tasted a day old! What a waste of $

Melisa is an Absolutely terrible manager. My mom stopped by for some breakfast and after ordering, she asked if it was too late to order more food. The manager responded by slamming her hands and the food on the table, giving my mom unwarranted attitude, repeatedly reminding my mom that it’s “her”store, and after angrily giving my mom the wrong order, she proceeded to accuse my mom of holding up a non-existing line. Quite sad considering neither of us have EVER had a problem with any of the REGULAR employees, who are always polite and overall just great, but the manager there just seems to be on a constant power trip.

This place is painfully horrible. I love DD, but this one is the absolute worst. Orders are consistently incorrect, in fact the last 5 times (five times!), I have gone here, my order was incorrect (wrong coffee, wrong or missing items, no cream in coffee even though the label on the cup clearly says cream, etc.) It’s so frustrating having to go back and get back the drive through line to have it corrected and even worse trying to get a refund or credit after discovering the order is wrong after driving away. I am also pretty sure they brew the wrong brew or brew incorrectly as the dark roast tastes nothing like it does at other stores. I so wish this place would fall under new management or DD would open a new one nearby.

Always quick to place and receive my order. Occasionally they run out of donuts but these guys are the best. Deb is always super enthusiastic the manager with the red shirt is one of the fastest to fix issues so the flow of the store keeps running even if there’s only 2 employees the other managers are all super nice and have a good attitude. Not sure why the company cant afford to fix the drive through sign at night since they have these poor employees working on holidays. You guys rock
