Heard so many good things about this location. Our first day in Alaska from Houston we decided to try it and we can say it was a good experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and never let us go thirsty, and our chef kept us entertained while cooking. The only downside was just the tight spot between us, which made it kind of difficult to have elbow room to eat and also the amount of food for the price. Overall, it was a great place to check out when in Alaska.

The chefs show off their skills while cooking food in front of you on a hibachi grill. We just went to a birthday party here and had fun. Not much of a beer/drink selection. The food was good. It’s expensive but entertaining. Be prepared to wait for a table. It’s best to have a larger party and reservations.

Okay honest review time again yall. So the food was exactly what I expected it was pretty tasty ngl well cooked food. Service wise it was great, the cook accidentally signaled that I wanted another drink, but other than that he performed tricks and even offered free squirts from his bottle of sake. The atmosphere is my kinda vibe I like the darker/wooden cabin feel to it but one of the lights kept glitching out, so I couldn’t focus on enjoying the food for a second besides that it was altogether wonderful.

We love it here! We always go for birthdays or mothers/fathers day. Onlything I’d we don’t like is that the put in an automatic tip. (I believe 15%? Don’t quote me.) Then they still expect more of a tip. But other than that its great for special occasions.

I had fun at Shogun Japanese Restaurant. I went in as a solo for Hibachi lunch special at 1:30 and there was no one else here. Thankfully, a group of 12 young Army guys came to sit at the Hibachi table where I was sitting. I appreciate dining with people I don’t know. Community tables, I’m all about it. The chef made it fun but it could always be more fun and entertaining. Awesome flavors and huge portions! My steak tasted like a dream. It was yummy. The army guys pulled a prank on their fellow army person and said it was his birthday, which was a fun event at our table. For $14.95, I had a full huge meal plus endless hot green tea. I tried to catch a piece of broccoli in my mouth twice and made it once. I had fun. The after flavors of the food were good. I loved having both noodles and fried rice with my food. Fun experience, I am thankful my table was not just me. Yes, I will return, I am curious about the lamb hibachi.
