You guys have very bad customer service. I did a drive thru order, chicken sandwich combo. The girl told me that the fries is not ready and just park on the side and wait a couple of minutes for the fries. I have been waiting for over 10 minutes and then I went inside to get my food, the girl was so rude, talked in a bad way. She even don’t know what was my order. This place is the closest to my office but will take my entire 30 min lunch to go through the drive thru AFTER the lunch rush.. You have to ask for help once you get to the order screen. Half the time they don’t have ranch, but won’t tell you when you order things such as chicken strips. Dine with my daughter are always special bit i made a big mistake coming to this location. It’s being managed by teenagers and dining area looks horrible. They close at 10pm but they close the doors to dine in at 8:30pm due to that they do not want to attend people in the dinning area. I was able to get access at 9pm due to one of them going out for a cigarette. Once the cashier noticed i was inside the dining area her attitude towards me and my daughter was horrible. Not sure who is really in charge at this location but it needs a lot of work.

Probably the worst service ever. Kid at the drive thru didn’t even know what came on the Jumbo Jack. Our order was missing a sandwich, the fries were overcooked. Got all the way home was missing a sandwich went back and they tried to give me a replacement sandwich that had been sitting in the window underneath the heat lamp.
