It’s a very nice establishment. The staff are very friendly and quick. we came on a Friday night and was seated immediately in a very nice booth. Yet I feel the 2-star rating is generous. The food was just bland. Now it’s perhaps due to being an Arizona native, living most of my life in the western states, and developing a very specific palette for Mexican food, however, my wife and I felt the food was lacking. The tamale was dry and the masa way too thick. The portions are large and prices very good. Based on my experience during this visit, I will not be returning. The search continues for decent Mexican food in the Mahoning county area 🙁

They fill your tacos with meat, veggies and cheese, and you get a side of chips and salsa with your take out! %100 would recommend to anyone wanting an awesome deal for a good price! And Taco Tuesday they are $3 each!❤️ And their little butterfly area made me feel special( I LOVE BUTTERFLIES) Which is where we were seated while we waited for our food.

I ordered out a big burrito for my boyfriend and I decided to eat the chips and salsa and like every Mexican restaurant. The salsa is a little runny but is the best salsa I have ever had anywhere ever!!!!!

The food came out ice cold. Kids grilled chicken was burnt. Entire staff seems miserable. Explained allergies and asked multiple times to ensure food safety for children with egg and dairy allergies. We were told the food was safe after asking prep methods and ingredients multiple times. Fries for the kids came out with a ranch seasoning even though we were told the seasoning wouldn’t have any milk in it. Saw the white powder on the fries when they came out and questioned it. We were still told there was no dairy. Asked to see the ingredients and were made to feel like we were causing a problem. Yep the seasoning has dairy in it. They never apologized. Just said well the server didn’t know. Manager was condescending and said what do you need us to call 911 and get an ambulance. Disgusted by the way we were treated. This is a complete 180 from the way the boardman Los Gallos on 224 and West Blvd is run. My family visits that location about once per month and we always have a great experience with fresh food that is safely prepared. Not sure if it’s the same ownership but what a difference.
