Pleasantly surprised and will return very soon. Everything I ate was flavorful and delicious. I have to specifically talk about the lamb, the best I’ve ever had. This dish is a must have, if you like lamb. I promise you will not be disappointed. Everyone at the table was pleased with everything we ordered down to the dessert. If you go out for dinner, this is what you want. Good service, atmosphere and most importantly good food that you can’t prepare better at home.

Great place for a relaxing and fun dinner. We went on Thursday evening when they had a live musician, she was very good and added to the vibe. Our server was excellent, didn’t catch her name, but she cared so much about if we liked the drinks and food and was very personable. The food was really tasty and nicely plated. The drinks were really well done too. Highly recommend the mocktails, cocktails and the hot chicken tenders to start. The chicken was perfectly fried and spicy. Betting that anything they make here is great!

Really no complaints! Nice layout, plenty of room at the long bar & our bartender (Jaime) made it an even better experience! We were new to the area & 1st timers & he took the time & made us feel seen & a rundown oft the menu. My fiancé & I share the French dip with steak & was the BEST I have very had. I don’t normally order that but- and the fries were perfect! Like they should be. Will be returning.

We came here the day before I left and the food is absolutely perfect. I am a steak fanatic and this steak was tasty and the chimchurri sauce had a great flavor. The staff was nice and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. The fries and broccoli were too good! Almost forgot there was steak on my plate.

Had an amazing anniversary dinner with my husband! Had received recommendations of dishes and drinks to try and they were all delicious! Our waiter surprised us each with a glass of champagne to celebrate and then encouraged us to have the bread pudding and espresso martini for dessert. Food was amazing and the service was incredible!

Overall great atmosphere and service was pretty good. The Makers Wings, Lamb Chops, and the Chili-Lime Rainbow Trout were good. Couldn’t taste the jalapenos or crab in the Mac and Cheese, but not a biggie. Live music was a bit too loud which made conversations a little challenging.

Great service, great atmosphere right in the heart of Reston town center. Not quite the “American Pub” I expected for food choices. More “Worldwide Bistro” with an international flair to the food. Visited for a weekday lunch. The Makers wings with buffalo sauce (chargrilled vice fried) were outstanding! There is plenty of sauce, so it’s not dull and dry (get an extra napkin). For lunch, we had Asian steak salad, which was a decent size for lunch. Thai chili dressing and sriracha mayo gave it an interesting flavor.. not the “steak salad” you are used to. We also had the Moroccan-style “Impossible” Kebabs. Larger size for a lunch option, and again, the name gives it away that it’s not “beef steak skewers” you may be thinking of. Mediterranean style meat served over Jasmine rice with tasty fried sweet potato cubes, a nice fresh vocado quarter, and delicious pickled red onion. Broccolini was a little wilty with too much oil, so wasn’t crispy broccoli you think of. Overall, it was a great first visit; tasty lunch with exceptional service. Sat outside under an umbrella to take in the city ambiance. Great place for a work lunch or a quick stop during a shopping day!

Found this place while getting cookies…..don’t judge. Bar service was great. Got monkey bread, old bay wings and steak. The drinks was amazing. That one had a actual honeycomb and ginger.

Took my wife out for lunch. Didn’t have a plan, but went to Reston Town Center for the variety of choices. I’d obviously heard of Makers Union, and had been past several times, but were never in the mood for the crowd. It was almost empty for lunch. I got the fish and chips, and she got the tuna poke. Both were quite good. It’s worth another visit at a different time of day, with a different focus and choice of libations.
