Now today was my second time here and I had to leave a rating. The meal itself was great, but when it came to the spring rolls, I bite into it and it was nothing but grease. I went up to tell the the cashier and the owner stepped in thinking I wanted a refund. No sir, that’s not what I’m asking of you. I don’t want my money back I would like to exchange it and pay the difference for some sweet carrots. Oh boy, he fussed me and of course I fussed him back. Well with all the back and forth I paid the difference and got my sweet carrots. Oh, and he told me not to come back lol, I told him I’ll be back tomorrow.

Great food and reasonable prices! The staff are nice and will answer any of your questions. I ordered a hibachi chicken with the fried rice and vegetables and a side of hibachi shrimp and it was delicious!

Nothing to write home about. Same as most other hibachi joints. Chicken was dry. I will get dark meat next time. Steak and shrimp were great. Noodles sucked. Crab Rangoons were chewy with no crunch. Got mushrooms and they were dry as hell. Sushi was basic. They are very stingy with the Wasabi. The vegetables are mostly onions. Will try again. But not in any rush to get back. Kind of pricey for what you get. Girl at register was nice.

On my momma this is the best hibachi in town! This is basically take out only but that’s totally fine with me. I’ve seen the guy cooking in front of me a million times. What I really want is to inhale some good food and this place provides just that. Literally bussin for the young folk. They let you pick between white meat and dark meat for chicken and it’s awesome! I always call in my order and when I get there it’s basically ready! Will ALWAYS recommend.

They messed up my order! I ordered a shrimp teriyaki bowl over the phone! I go to pick it up and sent my son in to pay for it and get the order because I was on a business call. We get home it’s I guess maybe chicken but it wasn’t what I ordered. So I go back and the man has a very bad attitude with me speaking in his language! He tells the girl he was going to fix it! Then they tell me I have to pay for the overage because shrimp is more! Now that’s not sitting well with me because I had to drive back there due to they mistake! I pay and made sure I said I will not be back! I’m sorry but not sorry dealing with them when they don’t take accountability for the wrong does not sit well with me! Then I watched him take food out or a bowl put it into another bowl! I’m sure the bowl I took back he will reheat it and resell! Never again! Very rude talking about them people! Speaking about me!

They should update their menu and website. The spicy crab roll is no longer spicy and is a smaller portion than before. The spicy mayo that used to come with it no longer comes on it so its just a basic crab roll. I used to love ordering this item till they changed it and never updated the menu to reflect the changes.

The customer service is excellent. The food is just not good. The hibachi chicken has a weird brown sauce on it I have never seen on hibachi anything. It was extremely over cooked. The vegetables were barely cut (way too large) and just watery and gross. I love hibachi places but this was so bad and disappointing.

The food was very disappointing, and it was advertised on the photos to be juicy and flavorful. My sons’ hibachi steak was super dry and I had spaghetti noodles for my noodles on my meal. Spaghetti noodles are not served with hibachi. The reviews here are obviously misleading. We will not be returning, and I advise others to look elsewhere.
