This place has gone downhill so fast. They give you half of what you would normally get. In fact, paying extra for double meat doesn’t even give you what you would have gotten with their regular size. They even got rid of their Siracha. Stop being so cheap!

This restaurant is located in food court in Dulles town center mall. It is my favorite one. My loved menu is chicken and shrimp teriyaki w/ vegetable. The taste is always awesome. The price is cheap.

This lady named Monica is supposedly the Manager of this restaurant in which I bought an order of Chicken Takiyaklo. I also ordered fried rice and vegetables but she picked up the vegetables that were thrown out, who knows how long they put them in the containers, it was almost empty which was what she was going to serve to me and to the customer after me. I asked her not to put the vegetables, to give me something more and she said with no with an attitude that if I did not want not to put them but I was not going to give anything more. I told her to give me back the money. I’m disappointed they way she treated me as a customer, Especially from the manager of the restaurant. They should train their managers to not give horrible customer service to their customers.

I feel like this place is a hit or miss. I’ve been there three times now. The first time it was amazing, the last two times not so much. In my first visit, we had sushi and it was great! Tasted good and was freshness In my second visit, the chicken teriyaki wasn’t fully cooked and had fatty pieces. The sushi didn’t feel fresh and was lacking flavor too.

5-26-17. 1st cook had attitude like she didn’t want to be there. Kept leaving the grill to go to the back and you can see her playing in her hair and on cell phone and then back out finishing up food without washing her hands. She get chicken from under the grill which probably explain the roach in my food. I showed the cashier the bug and I asked for my money back and got it with no problem. Place really need to properly store food.

2-14-17 only person in line. Frequent the spot regularly. 1. Gave me attitude about stamping my “frequent customer card” 2. Stood there for 5 mins watching the “fresh vegetables” get cold while the chef was leaning on the counter arguing with another employee. 3.Had to ask if I could please get my food because they failed to even acknowledge my presence. 4. The food was already cooked! After I asked if I can get my food the chef took a scoop of chicken and slopped it on my plate and slid it out the way. I will NEVER spend money at this makeshift establishment again. P.S. The lettuce was brown. They probably need a visit from the heath inspector. Status update (10 mins later): I now feel sick to my stomach.
