This location is disgusting. Its like there is no cleaning done ever. The ceiling has visible dirt, the walls are dirty and the floors are dirty. My visit on 6/14/2023 was horrible and I was overcharged by Esmeralda who claimed that I should have told her the price of item that was including on the special of the day. No refund was offered either. She needs training and the whole building needs a deep cleaning. Just nasty. Someone will end up sick one of these days. Biscuits looks like someone ate it. Only positive is that it was warm smh She did give me extra napkins out of guilt too

Had the chicken and some biscuits. Both were so delicious ! Chicken was cooked through and was so moist and tender inside. The biscuits were lovely , soft and delicious. Great experience for me. Definitely going back as often as I can !

The chicken was much fresh this time service was not to good need to focus on customer the minute they walk in the door Mexican don’t speak good English and no communication ( Hired American Please) the location was dirty especially on the outside OMG this doesn’t look good for food places yes try cleaning up more and forcus more on customer..

Walked in and employee was putting oil in a fryer. She said, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” No problem. Then employee started breading chicken. Again, this would not be a problem if she had washed her hands or put on gloves! No gloves, and no hand washing is a big no for me. I do not recommend this place until the employees are properly trained.

I placed an order for 16pc mix original with three sides and eight biscuits. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:30, I didn’t leave with my order until 7:30. Upon opening my food, I only received legs and thighs and spicy not original. The price of what the food received was $10 less than what i paid for. The customer service was beyond poor and two of the employees that were preparing the food kept going outside. I am requesting a full refund. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. I also asked for a receipt to show the time ready and was told there wasn’t any paper for a receipt. The inside of the establishment is disgusting and completely unsanitary. There were non employees entering the restaurant and going into the kitchen area randomly. I asked if I can cancel my order and get my money back and she told me that she can’t do that, that I would have to do it online. I have never been so baffled by a fast food experience quite like this one. If I could leave 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat.

Facility is filthy, old dirt, dirty. I could smell burnt, old grease. I should’ve walk out then. Fries and biscuit were good. Chicken was horrible because of old/burnt grease. One employee stayed on her personal cell phone while checking out a customer. I’m not sure how this place passes state inspection!

Texas Churches Chicken restaurant is never clean when I go there pick up customers food from them. For example today on 2/2/2023 at 10:40am I arrived there and the store was not clean to said they just opened up for business the board of health needs to be notified asap.
