Gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it was so loud. I understand noise, but the building design made it echo and seem louder. You can, however, eat outside weather permitting. Food and waiter were both fantastic!

This was the worst service I have ever received. We waited for an hour for a table, no biggie sat down at the bar and had a drink, bartenders super friendly. We were then sat in an empty section and another 10 top was sat at the same time, but had a different server thank god. Our food came out ice cold. We ordered $42 steaks med rare came out black and blue cold, sides were cold, mac and cheese didn’t have our additions yet we were still charged for them. We were charged $7 for an add on salad that we never received upon multiple other incorrect orders and additions. It then took an hour and a half for them to split our checks which were also incorrect. Being a server myself I offered for us to write down what we had and give them our cards to try to make it easier. This also didn’t work as they gave us back our charged cards with the wrong orders/ totals. The shift lead was assisting, never apologized for any of this and also added to the confusion. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

As my rating shows, it was just okay. My fish and chips tasted fine, but it was a very small portion for $20. Just two small cod filets and a handful of fries. My wife ordered the smoked prime rib French dip. It was very good. Service was okay but seemed rushed even though it was several hours before closing and it was not busy.

Stopped here early evening for a group meeting. Service was outstanding. Drinks were good and delivered quickly. The food was ample and tasted good. Price was a little high but they have a big complex to support. I can imagine the 3 floors of the place could get busy.

The Experience here has always been amazing always they decided to put me in some Corner hole a boost that set was made for two people and I barely can fit in the damn thing. I always sit in the bar and they never ever say one word and I’m usually by myself. But tonight they want to put me off in the room because they have no space supposedly there are tons of empty tables in here there are tons of Empty Tables. It’s not my fault that they can’t get them cleared off fast enough for all these people it’s just me I’m going to spend money and it’s really really ruining my experience for this restaurant that I love so much.

We went on a Tuesday night in June. It wasn’t at all busy that night, so no wait for a table. We got a table on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. They had a DJ playing, and he was entertaining, even though the crowd was very light.

Nice views from the resort, I believe we were on the 3rd level. Food wasn’t the best but better than resorts around. My nachos tasted fine but were served kinda cold. The shrimp and grits were cooked well but not worth the $$ because it was too salty overall. But the views were spectacular. Another reason for 5 stars is the staff, they were very attentive and efficient. We were greeted and seated in a timely manner, we even got our food pretty fast considering we went on a busy Saturday night. Good music as well.

Good variety of foods that are perfect for a lake lunch or dinner. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and it was fantastic. Great atmosphere with a lookout onto the lake. Overall I definitely recommend eating here!
