Ordered takeout and found a HAIR in my food. I’ve called customer service multiple times over the last couple weeks with no help, and now it’s too late to get a refund for the rest of the food that I threw away because I was so disgusted by this hair. All I wanted was to get my money back and if I’d known Taco Bell customer service would’ve been so useless, I would’ve just gone to the store right after work and demanded it back. Absolutely garbage service.

I’m giving three stars because the food was good, made good, and tastes good. The service was ok, nothing special or memorable but the silence when I pay is ok… I’d really like to have hot sauce with my food but they always forget and i end up eating it with a slight irritation. I’ll ask for the receipt next time they forget.

It is more rare than not to get a correct order from the drive thru. I order two or three vegetarian items and get something completely different. The only things that haven’t ever come out wrong are the bean burritos. Complete dice roll if a cheese quesadilla will come with chicken/steak in it or not. The last time I went I put in the same order and got a bag full of beef tacos. It was 10pm with only 2 or 3 cars in the line, how is this possible? Never had a single other taco bell screw up this consistently. Guess that’s on me for going back after the first time my food was wrong

Legit the worst Taco Bell in the peninsula they get your order wrong a lot and they skimp big time on the ingredients. It always smells like sewer near the drive thru window too. If u want a much better experience drive a lil farther on el Camino south to the Taco Bell in Millbrae they’re much more consistent with the quality of the food.

Missing Cheese and Chipotle sauce from burrito. It’s half of the size what I usually get everyday.. Please have the decency to tell the customer that you can’t make their order bcz you are out of something. So that customer can get something else rather than almost just eating Tortilla.
