I went to get dinner and ordered a two item pizza with pineapple. Only a small portion had pineapple, leaving many without. Why pay for a two item pizza? There should be enough pineapple to cover every slice.

They changed the recipe for the dough there used to be these little crumble bits underneath it that gave the crust flavor and made it have a distinctive taste. However now they’re gone and the crust tastes bland I’d rather be eating 3-day-old gas station pizza they should bring back the way the crust was made before because the current way it is being made is anything but an improvement.

We ordered the mostest bestest pepperoni with extra pepperoni–on line. We opened the box at home and it absolutely was not what I ordered. I immediately called the Tillotson store and was advised to return the item and they’d make me a new one. I told him there wasn’t very much pepperoni for the mostest bestest, looks like a regular pepperoni. He said that the regular pizza has 40 pieces, and the mostest bestest has 48 pieces of pepperoni. Someone at Little Caesars needs to learn basic counting skills. We counted LESS THAN 30 pieces–28 could be generous. I was NOT going to return the goofup–drive all the way back, and wait even longer for food that should’ve been correct the first time–especially since this has happened a few times. I was advised that the general manager would be available tomorrow. You guys just lost another customer.

I did not like the large pepperoni pizza I ordered at Walnut St and Mcgalliard, Muncie, IN. It had way too much crust. They need to spread the sauce and toppings closer to the edge. I will not order at that location again. The location on Tilliotson Rd is a much better pizza. I will order from that location from now on.

First off My order was over 60.00 they wouldn’t take the $50.00 an $20.00 I had to walk over to Payless to get change for the $50.00 then the young lady was to busy chatting with the young men who were working to get my order right so one of the young guys their made the whole order all over so it was hot your there to work not chit chatting an messing up orders the way she was

Cashier was very nice and helpful, but we did wait a very long time for our food and my impression of Little Caesars Pizza is that you don’t have to wait. But we waited awhile and the whole reason we went there and not another pizza place was in hopes of not waiting. They weren’t busy or anything, but I guess we were cutting it too close to their closing time (about 30 min).

Terrible customer service and horrible attitude. Screws up an order and won’t make it right or talk to you like a human. Went from let me ask the manager to I am the manager. It’s not hard to be kind and have good customer service. It’s more work to be a jerk. Won’t go here again.

I ordered little ceasers through the app and since they don’t deliver the order goes through DoorDash. I got a message saying the order arrived and it never did. Upon checking they sent it to the wrong house and now my neighbors are eating the pizza that I ORDERED for my family. I contacted little ceasers but since the order was technically “delivered” they can’t issue a refund, and door dash can’t give me one either since I ordered through the app. I called a second time to see if there was anything I can do and they said no and said I gave the wrong address, but I 100% gave the right address as seen on the digital receipt.
