Staff is poorly trained and regularly makes errors on orders. The staff member at the drive thru actually handed me a coffee with the lid not secured with coffee all over the side of the cup, and rather that correct his error just shoved me a bunch of napkins.

Purge to Prosper
I don’t visit DD unless I need to use their bathroom, but it keeps coming up on my suggestion to leave a review. So here goes, Im not a fan of their coffee but I do love how older people sit around with their friends and chat up a storm. DD brings people together and that’s what I love about it. We need more of that! Oh yes, and thank you for letting me use your bathroom. I really appreciate it:)

Why bother having a mobile app if every single time your order is NOT READY EVER. This really is the only Dunkin that never ever has your order ready. And they never ever stir your coffee so you end up with no sugar until the last sips when you get a mouth full of sugar. I use a different Dunkin on my way to work 915 S. Main st , Haverhill, MA and it is a much busier store & it is always ready & stirred… always!! I thought the Mobil app was for this reason..to have your order ready. I place my order a one mile drive away and there is always a lot of traffic so it’s a slow mile to get there. And still never ready.
