They should really change the broccoli beef (beef broccoli) to just steamed broccoli. It is so hit and miss here. Sometimes its good and sometimes it’s literally disgusting. I don’t understand the extremes. Is it a bad place to work? Is there a lack of beef? What is the problem? I think I’ll have to learn how to cook these dishes myself since sometimes it is not even worth $5. I’ve noticed a lot of fast food restaurants are tanking in quality. Pay your workers and treat them right so they will make good food. Not saying that is what is happening here but it’s so drastically different there must be a huge problem here. Unfortunately, after the horrible orange chicken and broccoli from today it’s not worth paying for. I loved Panda Express but it’s really unfortunate we just can’t afford to pay for food that makes us feel sick because the quality is so low.

Literally the worst. Walked in, the person serving food looked me right in the eye, than turned around and continued telling a story to her coworkers about a trip to Seattle or something. I stood there waiting for her to finish. The noodles were not cooked properly or old, maybe both. And the kitchen staff was wearing gloves, but they were holding their phones. Gross

Did mobile order and it wasn’t ready by ticketed time when I arrived. The app tells you to go to the cashier. The cashier girl left for the restroom and then the girl in the scooping lined told me she would be with me in a moment. I was then ignored again as I watched several people get their food before me. She then repeatedly goes back into the kitchen multiple times before she even starts putting my order together. When the line died down she finally scoops my food. 15 minutes after I came when the app told me to I was finally given my food.

I asked for a senior discount and he said they didn’t have one. I have gotten it in the past. Does Panda Express offer a senior discount.

The food’s good, it’s very fast Chinese food kind of like McDonald’s, very generic food. The place is very clean it has a professional staff. I believe I spoke to Mr. Nate who helped me at the register. Turn out he sat at the next table by us. And we had a great conversation. The service was good and when I feel like eating fast food Chinese, I definitely know where to go. Thank you

I ordered the teriyaki chicken. It was tender and juicy, but didn’t have much taste, even when I added some teriyaki sauce. It was nice and hot so I know it was fresh. I will order one of my favorites next time.

Manager was polite, but the female behind the counter acted like the world just ended. Orange chicken had good flavor, but I only got 5 shrimp and the rice was bland. This is a decent location as it’s off the highway for when I travel, however I will not be returning to this location. I’ll drive 2 more minutes off the highway to get better service and food.

Had a coupon that expired the day I went but staff wouldn’t honor it. They still put both meals in my bag, I assume by accident. Food wasn’t very good anyway. Got the orange chicken and broccoli beef. Won’t be going back.

It meets Panda Express standards. For being fast food, it’s pretty good. My only feedback is that breading on things like Orange Chicken could be a little less. It’s as much breading as chicken.
