We also have a unique wine list ranging from traditional wines up through wicked funky unfiltered natural wines. Try one of our super fun Pet’ nat’s with your ribs… it’s weird, fun, & delicious! Food was stellar, very creative dishes – and drinks. The burnt ends with a slight szechuan twist are heavenly. Catfish and grits were utter perfection. Even the brisket ramen was salty, yet sublime. Try the shrimp tacos if you have room! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

This is our second time to Fletcher’s and we couldn’t be happier! So far, we’ve tried the nachos (came in specifically for them tonight!) and hot links for apps; pulled pork, ribs and chicken; and a variety of sides – waffle fries, Mac and cheese, beans, and coleslaw. Everything has been delicious, perfectly cooked and with excellent portions. Servers and bartenders are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Bill, the owner and chef, has spoken with us both times we’ve visited and is friendly, open to feedback and clearly very skilled. We highly recommend!

Official opening of this location was a long time coming. Food was fantastic service was too. I’m glad they are starting out slow with just dinner so the new wait staff can learn the ropes. Beautiful decor with decent lighting. No need for the light on your phone to see the menu which had a good variety of sides to go along with their smoked meats.

Got the Brisket Cheesesteak, Mac & Cheese, Waffle Fries and Corn Bread, all of which were delicious, especially the cheesesteak, which made the trip well worth it. We also got the Chopped Chicken sandwich and Cole Slaw which we will not order again. Slaw was bland and sandwich was too with slight unexpected horseradish flavor. The good is enough to have us excited to come back and try more.

New place with great food and atmosphere. Food portions are generous and every crumb was delicious. Loved the BBQ waffle fries, ribs were tender and didn’t require sauce. My wife and I split a BBQ platter that came with ribs and very juicy flavorful chicken. The sides were standard but unique, BBQ beans and Cole slaw but with twists. Literally, no complaints at all. Great addition to the local options and worth making a trip if you want solid BBQ. Now.. if they would only open for lunch…

I tried the 3 meat platter – brisket (moist), pulled pork, and beef ribs. The bark on the ribs was excellent, and both the pulled pork and brisket were plenty juicy. While none of the meat needed it their barbecue sauce was good and reminded me of Bachan’s. The coleslaw and beans were also very good. We’ll definitely be back.

Very well executed BBQ. I ordered the two meat platter. Meat was cooked perfectly with a very nice, complex level of smokiness. Pit beans were exceptional with a surprising, expertly-spiced kick. You are getting a very high quality BBQ experience at Fletcher’s, and for this, the prices equate to an exceptional value. Service was also great and the restaurant is paired nicely with a classy, bar area.

The burger I had was delicious. Added cheese and bacon. Perfectly cooked and really hit the spot. I still really like the brisket and almost got it again, but I really wanted a burger. I only tasted 4 stars on the atmosphere because they really need artwork on the walls. I think they said it was coming.
